We’ll hear from him on how to move past obstacles to pursue new opportunities, strengthen ourselves, our teams, and our businesses. As we focus ICF on new opportunities to expand pharmacy services, adopt new solutions, and support your communities, this mindset and Jay’s leadership skills will be critical to translate the excitement from the event into action back in our stores.

We'll also be introducing a new and exciting event. Most of you have seen or heard of Shark Tank – where eager entrepreneurs get to pitch their ideas to a panel of “Sharks” to get funding for their businesses. We’re putting a spin on this and hosting “Pharmacy Sharks” at ICF. You'll get to vote for the best idea that is pitched by your peers, and the winner will receive a $10,000 prize.
